TFD Coaching ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ATLAS mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use the App.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform). Firebase servers may be located in the European Union or the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR requirements.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with the following third parties:

• Google Firebase: Cloud infrastructure and analytics services (data processor)
• RevenueCat: Subscription and in-app purchase management (data processor). RevenueCat processes purchase transactions, subscription status, and device identifiers to manage your subscription. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy
• Other users: Your username, avatar, and workout posts are visible to your friends when you use social features

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You can request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure: You can request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")

10. Cookies and Tracking

The ATLAS app may use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data. This website (tfdcoaching.nl) does not use cookies or tracking technologies.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by other appropriate means. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
